Safety & Security
Assist the school in solving collective safety and security concerns of students through proactive measures.
Event Organization
Support the school and its staff in organizing various events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
Conflict Resolution
Assist in resolving issues related to discipline and other non-financial matters amicably between students, teachers, and parents.

Parent members with multiple children in school, once nominated for a class, will not be eligible for re-nomination
The Executive Committee meets quarterly to discuss and review PTA activities
All actions are guided by the Management with the principle of ensuring student welfare without compromising the school's long-term interests
PTA activities are confined to permissible objectives as defined in the charter
PTA and its members shall refrain from interfering with day-to-day school administration
10% of PTA members must be present to conduct official PTA business and voting
60% of PTA members shall necessarily be female members
No member will serve more than one term, except for the Chairman and Secretary
The right to nominate members and Joint Secretaries lies solely with the Head of Institution
PTA serves as an advisory body; final decision-making authority rests with the Management
